Where can I get the best price?
Typically, the most competitive rates are available directly through our booking engine. Nonetheless, if you’re eligible for supplementary discounts through other channels (such as participation in a customer loyalty program), you might encounter better deals elsewhere. Please bear in mind that we are unable to match or beat these prices.
Is parking available on-site?
One parking spot per apartment is available in the yard.
Are pets allowed in the complex?
We understand that pets are part of the family; however, to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, pets are not allowed in our apartments. Additionally, the beach also does not permit pets. We appreciate your understanding!
Is it possible to access the apartment before the check-in time (16:00)?
Check-in is available from 16:00. If you arrive earlier, feel free to check with the reception to see if your apartment is ready. In the meantime, you’re welcome to relax at the beach or enjoy a meal at our beach bar. We look forward to welcoming you!
In case of a late arrival, can I check-in after 20:00?
Yes, check-in is possible after 20:00 for a fee.
Please inform us of your estimated time of arrival in advance.
How does check out work?
Please ensure that you vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Kindly visit the Reception for a check-out.
